IBS 3 - Heavenly Wisdom

Inductive Bible Study (IBS.3) WISDOM
James 3:13-18
Who is wise and understanding among us, He is shown with good conduct, in which works are done with meekness of wisdom. If you have bitter envy and self-seeking in your hearts, do not boast and lie against the truth. Wisdom in which comes from the enemy and not from God. That is where every evil thing dwells, creating envy, confusion, self-sot existence. Wisdom that is of God is pure, peaceable, gentle, willing to yield , full of mercy and of good fruits, with hypocrisy.
Having an understanding of wisdom should be closely examined by oneself before living and conducting a life through righteousness. Demonic wisdom; wisdom of the world can be very easily sown by oneself. Learning to gain through a sensual desire, giving our self our on title in a world full of evil things. A pure hearted desire of wisdom is through prayer and reading of the Word which can give righteous wisdom that is from God. Asking God to change the desires of our heart for a better understanding of heaven wisdom. By apply this to my life today I will heed before raising my voice on certain topics; to ask the spirit of God whether my particapation in the conversation is of heavenly wisdom, and if not I'll hold my back my voice.

IBS 11 - Faith brings patience

Revelation 1:9  I John, who also am your brother, and companion in tribulation, and in the kingdom and patience of Jesus Christ, was in the isle that is called Patmos, for the word of God, and for the testimony of Jesus Christ. John, writing Revelation talks about his time in exile on the island of patmos. For eighteen months John's perseverance and patience did not waiver. John, in this section of the Bible, displays a clear example of how we as Christians should act while suffering for Christ. Enduring affliction with perseverance and patience is only done in the spirit! John was strengthened by the spirit of God. Sustained by the spirit, even when in chain's on account of Christ's name sake. God gave John the perevilge to write the last book of the Bible in this time of exile. IBS 10 - Joy in being patient

Colossians 1:11 "Strengthened with all might, according to His glorious power, for all patience and longsuffering with joy." In Paul's letter to the Colossians He is giving thanks and prayer to God for the faith of the Colossians. Prayer for their fulfilment in the knowledge of God's will. Going on to speak of the manner worthy of the Lord. Patience, longsuffering, endurance, with joy! For verse 1:11 this is the manner Paul writes of and it's an important one to understand. Naturally the flesh does not respond with joy during times of suffering. Christians find the ability to behave in such manner because it's a manner of the spirit. With the spiritual wisdom and understanding we find happiness in servanthood for the Lord. Here the lesson is that God strengthens his children to endure longsuffering and we should have joy for the  strength to do His will .
